I’m thinking about changing my auto insurance company soon. I’ll probably go to online to get a quote and the insurance.
When I looked through all the questions they ask for the quote, I noticed that they ask if there are any damages on the vehicles.
(There are few scratches here and there on my vehicle.)
If I answer that there are, they would ask me how did it get them and tell me that I should report those accidents.
But I don’t want to report and I don’t even want to fix them.
Therefore, I know it’s an immoral act but I want to answer that there aren’t any damages.
So here comes my question,
After the applications and all, do the insurance company ask the driver to go through the auto inspection?

I don’t want to spend extra money on business insurance because I have an inactive self-employed business and I don’t go to see clients often. What happens if I had a car accident on my way to see a friend? OR to see a cleint? Does it make a difference when I make a claim? What about % of my business use of car and personal use of car? Is it a major factor for the insurance company to define if it is business use or not. What about the nature of business? I am looking for some professional advices. Thank you!

Does home insurance cover when I rent out the house and the tenant causes a house fire (assuming the house completely burnt down)? If not, do I need to buy landlord’s insurance or ask the tenant to buy renter’s insurance? Where can i compare home insures? Thanks

Forced auto insurance, seat belt laws, helmet laws, child safety seats, laws and regulations, all brought upon us by insurance companies who use government regulation to maximize their profits.
Isn’t it only a matter of time before they get their friends in Washington to make Health Insurance Mandatory?
Or is that the republican plan for reform?

I have been thinking of “loaning” my car (which I own) to my 87 year old father. I would then lease a vehicle for myself. Then at the end of the lease period (let’s say 3 years) if he is no longer driving, the car returns to me. Can he purchase auto insurance on himself and the car or does it fall upon me and my policy? My father has an excellent driving record and so do I.

I ask this question on behalf of my friend, who lives in Malaysia. He wants to know what the law in England will be in this case.
My friend is gonna let his house to another, so that he can have some income. A question arises: They need to buy a home insurance in case there is an accident like fire. Apparently in Malaysia, a homeowner doesn’t have to buy insurance for his house.
So in this case, who should pay for the home insurance, the homeowner or the tenant? I mean, the rental period is 2 years, and the insurance, if paid, will cover for 2 years only.
