My wife and I are looking to buy a home, but we want to find out what a typical home insurance payment looks like.

I know that there has been a lot of arguments for and against free health in the United States because millions of Americans can’t afford health insurance so I am wondering how much health insurance is in the States and can do you have to pay monthly or yearly plans with insurance companies.

Let’s say there’s a family, and there’s three different prescriptions for different medications within the family. Let’s say the Dad is paying for health insurance. Do you just pay for health insurance once, when you register for it? Do you pay $20 monthly? Does the price you pay go up when you add more medications? I’m confused.
