Does Home Insurance Pay For Damage To A Third Party Car?
January 7th, 2010 - ByI was leaving a house, private house on a private road, with a curve in the road. The road itself is less than 20 ft wide. Another car came around the curve and I automatically pulled further to my left. In doing so I caused my car to hit a large boulder, obviously placed to protect the verge, causing damage to my left sill and front passenger door. Is the householder liable under his Home Insurance?
