I am currently trying to drill down on the best way to target personal health insurance clients, by demographical and psychograpical data. What were the questions you asked to get you to that point. I’m in the Georgia area, so if you are out of state, I won’t be competing with you. I have some ideas, but am working on some test marketing pieces and want to make sure I’m hitting the best sample. Thanks for your help.

I’ve been trying lots of new ideas for marketing my insurance business. I do flyers, internet advertising and more. What made you chose your insurance agent? What sorts of things are important to you, (other than price)? What sort of promotions would you be interested in seeing?

If the cost of insurance on the dividend option term rider is higher then the monthly premium being paid. What happens to the term insurance portion of the whole life policy at that time? I have this rider now on my whole life policy to maximize my death benefit at the lowest cost but I’m thinking that either I will have to pay more premium if the cost goes up or I have to drop the rider.

I know that a child who is older than 18 can be on their parents insurance as long as they’re a student. Is this still the case if the said person is married?
Is it the same for both health and auto insurance?

A motor trade insurance policy provides a wide range of insurance coverage for vehicles. It is meant for businesses in the auto industry with premises and employees. In addition to a road risks section, a combined policy typically includes cover for material damage, contents, buildings and stock, as well as cover for public and employees liability. It is possible for each motor vehicle in a business to be covered under individual standard auto cover, though that would be quite a risk. As is common with standard auto cover, the vehicle in the policy is only covered for use on public roads. However, most cars that are used, sold or repaired in the auto industry are held on private grounds such as forecourts and garages, this would nullify the standard auto insurance policy. A motor trade insurance policy is never going to be cheap and one will always cost more than a standard auto cover policy. Though bear in mind that if you think you have a particularly high premium, it is possible to reduce your costs. Some businesses pay for cover that they are unlikely to need. Review your policy details to see if you have any extraneous items and ask your broker to also review your risks and hopefully your premiums can be reduced. One simple and easy way to reduce your premiums is so obvious that many businesses fail to even think of it. If you are unhappy with your current premium, make sure you ask your insurance broker if they can get a lower premium. It is common for brokers to just renew policies annually without checking for a lower premium and this will mean you could end up paying much more than you need to for the same amount of cover. A third way to keep your motor trade insurance policy premiums as low as possible is to change your insurance provider. Whilst staying loyal to one insurance company is the easiest thing to do, can you honestly say that it is the best thing to do? There is a high chance that you will be able to get a better deal if you contact a broker or insurance company who specialize in motor trade insurance policies. Why? Because specialist motor trade insurance brokers will have specialist policies and rates. These are generally not available from all-in-one insurance providers. If you are an employee or owner of a business in the auto industry then make sure you take note of the advice given as you could end up with much cheaper premiums. A standard auto insurance policy will only turn out to be a mistake in the long run.
