aparently when I redid my loan with my mortgage company last year, due to the type of loan or whatever, home insurance was no longer part of the monthly premium as I thought it was. now I have found that the home insurance lapsed as of 12/05/05. i need to find a insurance company that will work with me on getting insured again.

My Dad told me he named me on a life insurance policy. He just died. Because of certain family dynamics, I may not ever receive information regarding this policy. Is there some way I can contact the major companies to find out if the policy is with them? What information might I need to give them? Can I do it on the phone or in writing? I just need to know which one and then I can provide them with the death cert etc.

I work, but I work part time, I have alot going on right now in my life so I don’t have time for a full time job. I may be pragrant but I’m not 100% sure yet. So how do I go about getting health insurance? I’m 19 years old, (I know too young to have a child and so forth, but please, I just need to know about the health insurance) Thanks in advance. I live in a moblile home and have double pane windows. My windows sweat and cause the wood on the inside to be damp and if they aren’t molded already the will be. Has anyone had this happen and will the insurance company pay for them to be fixed or is there a way for me to fix the myself where they won’t sweat?

My friend had a fire in her home, during the final days of the sale. The insurance company is trying to prove fraud on her part, which there is none, and she has not paid out since Sept. 28, 2006. She is going for a polygraph test later next month, in the mean time she has no where to live, they have given her $2500 living allowance and refuse to give her more at this time. Any suggestions on what she can or should do?
